Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, time on site, referral source
Device data: Browser type, OS, screen resolution, language preference
Network data: IP address (anonymized after 30 days), approximate geolocation (country/city)

4. AI & FOXTANA Processing

FOXTANA AI processes your inputs to provide responses. Your conversations may be used to improve service quality. FOXTANA does not retain personal data beyond the active session unless you create an account. All AI processing is metered through HERMES and graded by ATHENA — no unmetered calls, ever.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers: Google Cloud (hosting), Stripe/PayPal (payments), domain registrars
Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request
Business transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or asset sale

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated. Account data is kept while your account is active. IP addresses are anonymized after 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
